Meditation is the best way to clean body soul
and mind The word Yog is derived from the
Sanskrit verb " yuj" which means to join or to
unite. Yog is an ancient science. The practice
of Yog integrates the body, mind and soul.
All,
irrespective of color, caste, creed, sex and
race can practice yoga. The ancient seers laid
down four ways by which the practitioner can
attain Samadhi or spiritual salvation, which is
the ultimate goal of Yog.

Hatha Yoga,

complete system of self -transformation &
self-realization.

Sudarshana Kriya - a
powerful breathing technique
A combination of Kapalbhati and Bhastrika with
'So-hun'. It prepares us for Meditation (so-hum)
with its soothing effects.
Eye Exercises, Trataka
and other Yogic Shatkarmas
These exercises relax the eyes, improve
concentration and will power, and in some cases
can reverse or control eyesight defeciencies.
